Service Description
This class is designed for parents who are wanting to get active but are finding it difficult to get active with little ones. As a mother myself, I understand how hard it is keep active and engage with our children. So, I've designed, a class that gets both parent and child engage with movement, and with child friendly music, but music we can still boogie too. - Please check with your Health professional before starting any new fitness regime.

To reschedule your class please inform at least 1 hours prior to booking . Children's classes parents/caregivers/guardians are encouraged to stay at EVE Dance venues when children are learning- This is apart of safeguards for CYPs.
